Appointment Cancellation Policy

At BIZARRE Hair Beauty, we treat every client with respect and dedication, offering a unique beauty and care experience.

To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and the high quality of our services, the following cancellation policy applies:

This policy applies to appointments for which a deposit has been paid or the full amount of the services has been settled.

• If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the payment will be fully refunded.

• If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the payment is non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.

For appointments without a deposit or prepayment, we kindly ask that cancellations be made as soon as possible, so that we may offer the available time slot to other clients waiting for an appointment.
